Came on 12/22 to test drive and eventually acquire outright a prev. owned Q3, They knew I was on a tight schedule, and the ENTIRE process took 45mns. Three months to finally resolve a simple oil change and new tire and inspection. Ben Mcpherson is incompetent. His staff is clueless. The service technician that worked on my car three different ones up or appalling and I find it hard to believe these were Porsche certified technicians. Never return to this dealership I will never buy a car from the dealership and I will never recommend anybody to go there for anything.

VW dealership l, They will keep your car for service minimum 8 weeks, so they can damage it more and as for more money. If you bought your VW car during Covid 19. 2021 VW gave 100k warranty cover for service. They will treat you like xxxx because they want terminate your agreement with them, so you can’t bring you car over VW Falmouth. That is criminal act. This is consumer fraud.

The dealership was great to work with, but typical sales tactics of calling+messaging multiple times a day which can really get annoying quickly. Carmen on the other hand, was not great to work with. There were multiple misunderstandings in communication and our financing ended up being delayed due to a mistake on her end. Four days after the sale, she blocked my number and I have not been able to contact her since. My car received a pretty major recall, but I now have to go around her to find a solution to the recall.

It took awhile for us to be helped. We understand Andy was busy but nobody else helped us out. They looked at my current vehicle and assessed that it would not be worth much for a trade in. However, they did not seem interested in getting me into a new Mazda lease and working with me. We went to Seacoast Mazda and it was a much better experience. They bought out my current lease, and got me into a new CX-30 within 2 hours.

Had been scheduled 2 weeks prior to my appointment to come in for three recalls one which was serious causing fuel to leak and causing fires. Waited at the dealership for over 4 hours. At the end of the day they told me they could not complete the recall because they did not have the parts. Why was I told to come in when they could not do it? I drove an hour there waited 4 hours of my day and drove an hour back home for absolutely nothing.
