From the start, Vici listened to what I wanted, showed me all the options and let me steer the pace and direction of the entire process. He didn't up sell me nor put me through the tedious process other dealers do. In fact, I compared deals at a big MA dealer and they were the exact opposite-no willingness to listen and a take it or leave it approach. Vici was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about Audi's but not pushy. He truly wanted to help me find the perfect car that fit my needs. I was somewhat dreading the whole process, but Vici made the experience quite simple and actually enjoyable! I highly recommend him and have already referred friends and family to Morong because of him. Lilly in the finance department was also very good to work with. She explained everything in a way that I could understand.
Three months to finally resolve a simple oil change and new tire and inspection. Ben Mcpherson is incompetent. His staff is clueless. The service technician that worked on my car three different ones up or appalling and I find it hard to believe these were Porsche certified technicians. Never return to this dealership I will never buy a car from the dealership and I will never recommend anybody to go there for anything.

VW dealership l, They will keep your car for service minimum 8 weeks, so they can damage it more and as for more money. If you bought your VW car during Covid 19. 2021 VW gave 100k warranty cover for service. They will treat you like xxxx because they want terminate your agreement with them, so you can’t bring you car over VW Falmouth. That is criminal act. This is consumer fraud.

The dealership was great to work with, but typical sales tactics of calling+messaging multiple times a day which can really get annoying quickly. Carmen on the other hand, was not great to work with. There were multiple misunderstandings in communication and our financing ended up being delayed due to a mistake on her end. Four days after the sale, she blocked my number and I have not been able to contact her since. My car received a pretty major recall, but I now have to go around her to find a solution to the recall.
Super customer service and support from beginning to end. Will be back for future purchases and highly recommend to friends and family.
It took awhile for us to be helped. We understand Andy was busy but nobody else helped us out. They looked at my current vehicle and assessed that it would not be worth much for a trade in. However, they did not seem interested in getting me into a new Mazda lease and working with me. We went to Seacoast Mazda and it was a much better experience. They bought out my current lease, and got me into a new CX-30 within 2 hours.
